Aquaprad

Rivers, lakes and ponds: Whole worlds lie dormant in South Tyrol’s numerous and varied bodies of water. Their beauty and biodiversity remain largely undiscovered, however. A visit to aquaprad, the national park visitor’s center, changes that. The visitor’s center offers a number of aquariums that allow guests total immersion into the local marine fauna. Descriptive panels highlight intriguing facts about the fascinating living creatures found in mountain waters – which can be witnessed first hand at the large picture window on the subterranean level.
